made this spread for our holiday party and it was
a big hit-give it a try!
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 small can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
all ingredients except artichoke hearts; beat with an electric
mixer until smooth, then stir in artichoke hearts. Cover
and chill at least 2 hours or up to 1 day. Garnish with
fresh parsley and serve with assorted vegetables and crackers.
