Lasagna

cups marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)
15 lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
12 pieces thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
9 x 13 inch pan
Prep:
Put on some good music and get your self a glass of wine (preferably
red).
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Take out the pan and spread a little sauce over the bottom.
Cover with 5 of the noodles.
Next
spread about a half of the ricotta, 1/3 of the sauce, 6 of the mozzarella
slices. Then add another layer of noodles, the rest of the ricotta,
1/3 of the sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella slices. Add the final
layer of noodles topped with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle the
grated Parmesan over the top.
Bake
for 45 minutes, then cover loosely with foil about 15 minutes before
the end of the baking time, and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8 happy people.
