Cool Cucumber Salad
got a great recipe for you to enjoy during those hot summer
days. This one is from Ms. Carol, one of the best cooks we've
ever met and a welcome addition to the Sirens of Sherwood.
1/3 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup cider vinegar
1/3 Cup water
Wash and peel cucumber and slice
very thin (set aside). Mix sugar, cider vinegar, and water
and add cucumber. Refrigerate for 2 -3 hours and serve. You
can double or triple this delicious dish depending on how
big the clan is.
