Hummus

can chick peas with 1/2 the liquid reserved
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions......break out your mom's osterizer (blender) and puree the chick
peas and combine the rest of the ingredients.
